退換貨須知

Based on hygiene considerations, our ice cream products DO NOT enjoy a 7-day appreciation period for return or exchange.  Your return application can only be accepted unless the product itself is defective or melted due to the shipping process.

If the received product has deteriorated due to unpacking & eating or loss of temperature due to poor storage, your return cannot be processed. Please ensure to unpack immediately and inspect the products as soon as you receive them.  If you have any problems, please take pictures and contact us immediately during the business hours at Tel: 02-2345-4213

Home delivery fee NT 300

Home delivery service is provided daily from 13:00 to 20:00.

Due to high shipping cost, we require a minimum of 3 pints per delivery.  If you need to deliver more pints, please add shipping costs in units of 3 (additional give away pints are not included)

Due to the dry ice or ice pack storage time limit.  We will confirm the delivery time with the buyer in advance in order to ensure the quality of the product.  Furthermore, we will wait for up to 10 minutes for pickup when the product is arrived.  We will make a cancellation for this order and the delivery fee will not be refunded for the overtime.

If you have special needs, please leave a message in the order message area. There will be someone to contact you.

The home delivery area is limited to the Taipei city and New Taipei City area (except for some areas, please see the below)
